Confetti Balloons (set of 3)

These confetti balloons add a brilliant twist to your traditional balloons! They appear cloudy when they arrive but once blown up to full size, tthe vibrant confetti is stunningly visible! An amazing accessory for weddings, parties and celebrations!

You can fill with helium or simply blow them up. PLEASE NOTE: the balloons do not come with any strings attached. These will need to be purchased separately.
