       1. How do I search for a product?

You can use the Search bar located at the top right hand of our website to search for your preferred products. You can also choose between the various sections on our website and filter accordingly.

       2. How do I place an order?

When you find a product you like, click on the image to view more details about the product. Some Products may offer a choice of colours or size so please select the appropriate option and then click the "Add To Cart" button to add the item to your shopping basket. The item will be added to your Treasure basket, and you may continue shopping.

       3. Can I amend an order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to amend your order, or change the delivery or payment method once the order has completed on our systems.

       4. Can I reserve an order?

Orders cannot be reserved in advance of payment. However, you may place items in your Wishlist and pay on a later date provided the item is still in stock.

       5. What is a Wishlist?

Whilst shopping on 7th Treasure, you may find items that you want to save but not purchase immediately, you can add them to your wish list as a convenient reminder for future visits to the site. The items will remain in your Wishlist even after you leave the site, making it easy to relocate and purchase in the future. In order to access your Wishlist, please sign into your account and then click on ‘My Wishlist’.

*Please note that adding a product to your wish list does not guarantee that stock will be available when you are ready to purchase.

        6. Redeeming a Discount Code:

To redeem a discount code, please click on ‘View Cart’ and you will be presented with a choice of ‘Use Discount code’. Please enter the code exactly as it appears and continue check-out by clicking ‘Checkout’. If your discount qualifies, it will automatically be deducted in the next step.

        7. Purchasing and Redeeming a Gift Voucher

To Purchase a Gift Card, please visit our Gift card section (found at the bottom of the homepage) and insert recipient’s name, email, your special message and select from the available gift card prices. Once purchased, the recipient will receive an email with their e-gift card and the code.

- To Redeem a Gift card, please click on ‘View Cart’ and choose the ‘Use Gift Voucher’ option. Please enter the code exactly as it appears and continue checkout by clicking ‘Checkout’. After entering the gift card code, your order balance will be automatically updated with credit to the value of the gift card. If there’s any balance to pay, you can use a debit or credit card in the usual way.
*Please note that if the value of your gift voucher exceeds the order total, the remaining balance will still be available for future use for an allocated time period.



       1. Payment Options

- We accept all forms of Nigerian Credit and Debit cards on the website. International cards are unfortunately not accepted at the moment.

- We also accept Bank Transfer which is available upon Checkout. Please note, your order is only confirmed once we receive payment in our corporate account and then you will receive a confirmation email.

        2. What Currency are prices in?
Prices are available in Naira(₦), Pounds(£) and Dollars($). This selection is found at the top right corner of the website.



       1. Do you offer Collection Services?

We do not offer Collection services at the moment. We are a pure Internet retailer and pride ourselves in delivering to your doorstep.

       2. Where do you deliver?
We currently only deliver within Lagos to residential and corporate addresses. Please note that the shipping address cannot be changed once order has been confirmed.

       3. What are your shipping rates?
We offer two types of deliveries:
a) Standard Delivery (Up to 7 days) = N950
b) Express Delivery (1-3 days) = N1500.

       4. Do you take Cash Payments?
We do not accept Cash payments. All payments must be paid through our secure transaction website or direct transfer into our corporate account.

      5. What if I miss my delivery?
Upon unsuccessful delivery, our courier service will leave a card providing details on when they will re-schedule and contact details. *Please note that your order will be cancelled after ONE re-delivery attempt and any monies paid will be refunded, excluding delivery charges. Also note that an additional delivery charge will be charged after the initial delivery attempt. 



        1. What is your Returns policy?

We have a returns policy of 7 days from delivery date. Please ensure the items are in their original and unused condition. The item must remain in its original wrapping. We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy, as such these items may be returned to you at your expense. Please note that personalised items cannot be refunded.

       2. How do I return an item?

You will receive a Returns form with your purchase which will stipulate the Returns address and necessary steps. If you are unsure about anything, please email us at to clarify.

        3. How long does it take for me to receive a refund?
An email will be sent to you once refund we receive your returns and it has been processed. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase up to 20 working days after your returns application has been approved.

Credit for the return will apply only to the purchase price of the product at the time of purchase. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

       4. I have not received my refund?
If you have not received your refund after 20 working days of a refund confirmation email from us, please email us at and we will look into it urgently.
